In appreciation of your continued support and contributions, and in celebration of our 7th year of operations, we are pleased to extend the following complimentary benefits (“CoverMe”) to all our valued active and eligible Talents at no cost.
1.1 The benefits conferred under CoverMe are strictly non-transferable.
1.2 In the event the Talent requires Troopers support assistance, a support request may be submitted via support@troopers.com.my wherein Troopers will endeavour to resolve any issues subject to Troopers’ sole discretion.
2.1 CoverMe benefits are available for all verified Talents who:-
(a) possess a valid, active Troopers App account in good standing (not suspended or banned);
(b) is a Malaysian citizen;
(c) aged between 18 and 65 years old;
(d) have accepted, attended, and completed at least one (1) Shift per calendar month to the satisfaction of Troopers and without any reported adverse incident, or meet any participation threshold as updated by Troopers from time to time;
(e) comply with Troopers platform and Troopers App’s terms and conditions, policies and conduct standards.
2.2 Notwithstanding anything contrary herein, Troopers reserves absolute discretion to approve, suspend, or revoke eligibility, with notice via its platform or Troopers App.
3.1 Loan Benefits
3.1.1 Micro-Loans (Third-Party Banking Partners)
(a) Eligible Talents may apply for micro-loans from participating banking partners (e.g., Bank Islam via the digital platform of Bank Islam known as “Be U”) using your Troopers App’ earnings statement.
(b) All applications, approvals, and facilities are subject exclusively to the banking partner’s terms, credit approval standards, and regulatory requirements.
(c) Troopers’ involvement is limited to generating earnings statements or facilitating the partner’s application process.
3.1.2 For the avoidance of doubt, Troopers does not guarantee or influence the outcome of any insurance claim, or any loan or financial product application. The role of Troopers is strictly limited to facilitation and administrative support.
3.2 Insurance Coverage – Group Insurance coverage for accident, personal injury, hospitalisation and equipment loss of Talents via the digital platform of Vsure Tech Sdn. Bhd. (“Vsure Tech”), known as “Vsure” (downloadable from Google Play Store and Apple App Store) and underwritten by Great Eastern General Insurance (Malaysia) Berhad.
3.2.1 Scope of Coverage
(a) Coverage while on-Shift includes:
(i) Accidental Death: RM7,500.00;
(ii) Total Permanent Disablement: Up to RM7,500.00;
(iii) Accidental Hospital Income: RM50.00 per day (max 30 days per incident);
(iv)Smart Device Protection (damage or loss due to snatch theft): RM500.00(RM100.00 deductible).
Coverage, limits, and exclusions are governed strictly by the insurer's issued policy documentation and Product Disclosure Sheet.
3.3.2 Limits and Usage:
(a) Teleconsultation applies for acute/minor conditions (e.g.: cough, flu, sore throat, fever, muscle aches, GERD, gastritis, stomachache, bloating, nausea, vomiting, Infectious Gastroenteritis, diarrhoea headache, migraine, dizziness or giddiness, eczema, dermatitis, gout, joint pain (Osteoarthritis), joint sprain, Urinary Tract Infection (“UTI”) (uncomplicated, female), dysmenorrhea, mouth ulcer, bacterial conjunctivitis, Hordeolum (Eyelid Infection), Ringworm or Fungal Skin Infection, insect bites, head lice).
(b) For the avoidance of doubt and by way of a non-exhaustive list, the following conditions are excluded from coverage i.e. Chronic diseases (e.g. asthma, COPD, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, or diabetes mellitus) heart disease (including ischemic heart disease), cancer, oncological conditions, chronic dermatological conditions (e.g., Corns, Warts, Psoriasis), complicated infections, complicated or recurrent UTIs, and all UTIs in men, infection following a procedure (abscess, wound infection), trauma injuries, open wounds, fractures, abscesses, serious or red-flag acute conditions (e.g. severe chest pain, loss of consciousness, neurological deficits, GI bleeding), or any unspecified illness or undifferentiated condition that requires further evaluation. The Talents shall bear all costs associated with such excluded conditions.
(c) Prescriptions after 7:00 pm are processed the next day.
(d) Abuse or unreasonable use (as determined by Troopers or the insurer) may result in suspension or revocation of this benefit.
(e) All medical and pharmaceutical benefits (including prescriptions) are strictly limited to the formulary, quantity limits, and terms determined by Heydoc.
(f) Any medicine, medical device, or service not covered within the approved list, formulary, or quantity limits shall not be provided under the CoverMe benefit, and the Talent (or family member, if applicable) shall be solely responsible for the cost of such additional or out-of-scope items.
3.3.3 Troopers does not act as a medical service provider, healthcare practitioner, agent, or intermediary for any healthcare platform, doctor, or pharmacy. All medical and telehealth benefits offered under CoverMe are solely provided, administered, and underwritten by Heydoc, and are subject exclusively to its terms, conditions, and operational procedures. For details on the scope of medical benefits, usage limits, or procedures for accessing or claiming such benefits, kindly refer directly to Heydoc or FutureK terms and conditions and guidelines.
3.3.4 How to Access E-Doctor
(a) Download the Future K mobile app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
(b) Talent will receive your login details via WhatsApp. Your account will be ready in approximately 24 hours:

(C) Log in to the Future K app and follow the instructions to request teleconsultation and access services.
3.4 Goodwill Benefits
These goodwill benefits are available exclusively to Talents rated 4.5 stars and above at time of claim. Troopers may, at its sole discretion, provide the following monetary payments or benefits as a gesture of support and subject to assessment of circumstances and eligibility criteria.
3.4.1 Damage or Loss of Smart Device
Goodwill monetary payment or benefits of up to RM400.00 (with RM100 deductible) to eligible Talent in the event of loss or damage of smart device that occurs during the course of work.
3.4.2 Hospitalisation
Goodwill monetary payment or benefits of up to RM25.00 per day of hospitalisation due to illness or injury sustained during the course of work of an eligible Talent.
3.4.3 Disability or Death
Goodwill monetary payment or benefits of up to RM7,500.00 to eligible Talent in the event of any disability or death sustained during the course of work.
Troopers reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspects of the CoverMe benefits at any time without prior notice.
