What counts as one "shift"?
One shift is one worker assigned to one job for the agreed hours. Hiring 5 workers for a 1-day event counts as 5 shifts.
How fast can I get gig talents on-site?
On Self-serve, gig talents start applying as soon as you publish your job. Fulfilment speed depends on your pay rate, area, timing, and job type. On Enterprise, your account manager plans ahead against your hiring calendar so coverage is locked in before the shift.

How do you vet your gig talents?
Every gig talent on the platform goes through ID verification and onboarding before they can apply for jobs. Performance and reliability are tracked on the platform, so brands can rehire favourites with confidence.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Many brands start hands-on and move to Enterprise as their hiring volume grows. Talk to us when you're ready and we'll handle the migration.
Which plan should I pick?
Self-serve is for hands-on teams who want to run hiring themselves, pick their own workers, and pay per completed shift. Enterprise is for ongoing operations that want us to handle hiring, rostering, payroll, and worker management end-to-end, with a dedicated account manager.
How does payment work on Self-serve?
You top up a balance in your account via cards or business online banking. As each shift completes, RM 25 plus the gig talent's earnings is auto-deducted from your balance. The same top-up can be used across all your jobs.
How does payment work on Enterprise?
We invoice you after the job is done. Payment terms are 30 days after invoice, via bank transfer or online banking. Your dedicated account manager handles billing and reporting.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes. A minimum order value of RM 5,000 applies on both plans. For Self-serve, this is gig talent earnings plus fee combined per job.
Is SST included in the displayed price?
No. All listed fees are subject to 8% SST, added on top.
Can I filter workers by race or gender?
TROOPERS values a fair work environment. Racist or gender-based hiring filters aren't recommended on either plan. We support filters based on role suitability, experience, location, and availability.
