1. What is Top Performer Campaign?
It is a rewards program designed to recognize and celebrate the most dedicated and high-performing talents on the TROOPERS platform. We reward consistency, professionalism, and strong performance in every shift. It’s our way of saying thank you for being a top-tier Talent!
2. Who can participate?
Open to all active TROOPERS registered on the platform.
3. How are scores calculated?
Your rank is determined by a combination of four key factors:
- Total Shifts Completed: The more jobs you finish, the higher your base score.
- Attendance & Punctuality: Checking in and out on time with zero lateness or absenteeism.
- Skill Ratings: Maintaining a consistent high rating from clients is the fastest way to the top.
- Behavioral Bonus: Your recruiters assess your communication, professionalism, attitude, and work ethics.
4. When is payout of the reward?
Rewards are credited to your TROOPERS App Wallet on the 15th of the announcement month. The reward will appear in your "Total Earnings" first. By the end of the month (30th or 31st), it will convert into "Available Earnings," allowing you to withdraw it to your bank account with zero fees.
5.When do Leaderboard resets?
The leaderboard resets at the start of every new month. This gives everyone, including new joiners, a fresh start and an equal chance to climb to the top.
6.How do I get 1st place in leaderboard?
To hit the #1 spot, you should aim to: Apply for and complete as many shifts as possible during the campaign period. Always be punctual (early check-ins are even better!). Maintain at least a 4-star performance rating by going above and beyond on-site. Avoid late cancellations or no-shows, as these will heavily penalize your score. Maintain a great relationship with recruiters through professional communication.
7. When will the winners be announced?
Winners for the previous month are officially announced on the 15th of the following month. Keep a close eye on our social media pages and your TROOPERS App notifications!
8. How will I receive my reward?
Rewards will be credited directly to your TROOPERS App Wallet. On the 15th, it appears in your total earnings; by the end of the month (30th or 31st), it will convert into your available earnings to withdraw without any fee.
9. What are the "7 Industries" included in the campaign?
You can win industry-specific prizes in these categories: Events & Marketing, F&B & Hospitality, Retail, Warehousing & Logistics, FMCG, Miscellaneous Services.
10. Can I compete in more than one industry category?
You are encouraged to work across multiple industries! However, your specific industry ranking will be determined by the category where you completed the most shifts or earned the highest points. Each Talent is only eligible to win one Industry Top Performer award per month.
11. What is the reward for Top Performer?
These are the rewards for the top scorers across the entire TROOPERS platform:
1st Place: RM1,200
2nd Place: RM1,000
3rd Place: RM800
Industry Top Performers: RM500
Top New Joiner: RM500
