Trooperks is Troopers’ new complimentary protection programme for talents. With the introduction of Trooperks, the previous Troopers Protection will be officially discontinued effective 25 March 2026.

Once you complete at least one shift without report in a month through the Troopers app, Trooperks is activated and you will enjoy:
• Insurance protection if an accident happens while you are on shift,
• E-Doctor (online consultation) services and basic medicines for minor health issues,
• Future Funds (coming soon) opportunities, where your Troopers earnings statement can help speed up micro financing applications via our bank partner(bank partner eligibility requirements still apply).

Trooperks is free of charge for eligible Troopers talents and does not reduce your shift salary in any way. Terms and conditions apply.

No. Trooperks is complimentary for all active Troopers. Once you complete at least one job in a month, your coverage activates automatically for that month.

Trooperks is for Malaysians only, from 18 to 65 years old. If you have completed a shift without report in the current month, you are automatically eligible. However, if you have not done any shifts in the calendar month, you will not be eligible. Any insurance claims will be declined, doctor visits will be declined, and loan applications will be based on the usual processing time.

Yes. As long as the job is accepted, confirmed, and completed through the Troopers app, Trooperks applies whether you’re working at events, F&B, retail, warehouse, hospitality or any job via Troopers.

For insurance claims, raise a claim request on the Troopers Contact Us Page by going to Troopers App -> Profile -> Contact Us. You will find the claims form under Trooperks Enquiries - Insurance Claims.

For medical consultations, download the FutureK mobile app and sign in with the login details sent to you via WhatsApp.

For micro financing (coming soon), you may export your Troopers earnings statement as a supporting document for your application.

Your Trooperks coverage is active for the entire calendar month in which you complete a shift. For example, completing a shift on 1 January makes you eligible for the full month of January. Completing a shift on 15 January covers you from the 15th through to 31 January. If your first shift falls on the last day of the month, your coverage applies to that day only.

No, coverage does not roll over automatically. You need to complete at least one shift each month to remain eligible for Trooperks benefits in that month.

When your Trooperks is active and you are on a Troopers shift, you are protected if an accident happens. You may receive:

• Up to RM7,500 if you pass away or become totally and permanently disabled due to an accident. (+RM7,500 bonus if you’re a 4.5 star talent and above)
  
• RM50 per day, up to 30 days, if you are hospitalised due to an accident (hospital income paid to you) (+RM25 bonus per day if you’re a 4.5 star talent and above)
  
• Up to RM400 (RM100 deductible) to replace your smart device if it is lost by snatch theft or damaged in a covered incident (+RM300 bonus if you’re a 4.5 star talent and above)

• Your Trooperks is active (you have completed at least 1 shift in the month with no report), and will be covered until the end of the calendar month.
  
• The accident happens while you are on a Troopers shift, in line with Great Eastern and Vsure’s terms and conditions.

No. This insurance bundle is complimentary for eligible Troopers talents under Trooperks. There is no extra fee and no salary deduction for this coverage.

No. This insurance is meant for accidents related to your work while you are on a Troopers shift. It does not cover:

• Normal sickness (e.g. flu, fever)
  
• Accidents that happen outside of your working time or not related to your shift

For sickness and minor health issues, you can use the medical services by Future K instead.

Coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy. Minor injuries such as cuts or bruises may not meet the threshold for a valid claim. Please refer to the table below for excluded claims:

• Insanity, suicide or attempted suicide.
• Self-inflicted injury.
• War related risks.
• Pre-existing physical or medical conditions, physical or mental defects or infirmity.
• HIV and/or HIV related illness.
• Childbirth, miscarriage or any complications thereof.
• Use of wood-working machinery driven by mechanical power.
• Ionization, radiation or contamination by radioactivity, nuclear weapons material.
• Travel in aircraft as crew member involved in technical operations or navigation.
• The risk of mysterious disappearance for mobile device.

E-Doctor is an online doctor service for active Trooperks talents, provided by HeyDoc Health through their Future K mobile platform. You can:

• Speak to a licensed doctor online for minor or short-term health problems.
  
• Get basic medicine and Health Advisory (HA) without going to the clinic.

When your Trooperks is active, you are entitled to:

• 1x virtual doctor consultation for you or a family member, on the FutureK App (9:00 am – 10:00 pm, 7 days/week).
• 1x prescription note per month. For common illnesses* — bring it to any pharmacy to buy medicine.
• 1x Health Advisory letter per month. Accepted as a substitute for an MC to cancel your Troopers shift without penalty*. You may submit this document onto the Troopers App in the event you are feeling unwell and cannot make it for your shift.
• 1x basic medicine worth RM50. Collect at a partner pharmacy for free or get it delivered for a fee*.

You will need to:

1. Download and use the Future K mobile app (Google Play Store / Apple AppStore)
   
2. Wait for your login details, which will be sent to you via WhatsApp. Your account will be ready within 24 hours.

3. With these details, you can login to Future K app, and start using their services.

Your direct family members can also use Troopers' E-Doctor services, but:

• The usage is based on the same quota of one visit per month under your Future K account.
• All consultations and entitlements share the same monthly quota.
  

To be eligible for E-Doctor in any given month, you must have completed at least one (1) shift without getting reported through the Troopers App in that calendar month. If you have not completed any shifts, you will not be eligible to use the service. Once eligible, each Talent is entitled to one (1) free teleconsultation per calendar month.

If you attempt to use the service a second time within the same month, the doctor will decline the consultation. Your allocation resets at the start of the following month.

If you need medical attention beyond your monthly entitlement, you may visit a clinic or hospital at your own cost.

E-Doctor is designed for minor conditions, such as:

• Cough, flu, sore throat, fever
  
• Stomachache, gastritis, nausea, diarrhoea
  
• Headache, joint pain, sprain
  
• Eczema, skin infections, insect bites, head lice
• Dysmenorrhoea (period pain), simple UTI (female), conjunctivitis (red eyes)

E-Doctor is not suitable for serious or complicated problems, including (not limited to):

• Chronic diseases like asthma, hypertension, diabetes
  
• Heart disease, cancer, complicated or severe infections
  
• Serious injury, fractures, abscesses
  
• “Red-flag” symptoms such as severe chest pain, stroke-like symptoms, or signs of internal bleeding
  

For these conditions, you should go to a clinic or hospital immediately, not rely on E-Doctor consultation.

Basic medicines for minor conditions, within the partner’s approved list and quantity of up to RM50.00 per visit, are included. However:

• Extra medicines or non-covered items are self-paid.
  
• Medications for chronic diseases are also self-paid.
  

Prescriptions made after 7:00 pm will usually be processed the next day.
