Chest pain, a serious injury or signs of stroke? Go to a clinic or hospital now. E-Doctor isn’t for emergencies or long-term conditions like diabetes or asthma.

Log in to foodpanda. Open the invite from Troopers Innovation Sdn Bhd and scan the QR code.

Your invite goes to the email in your TROOPERS app, so make sure it’s saved and verified.
If your smartphone goes missing while you’re working a TROOPERS shift, we can pay you back. Covers the day you work, and every claim is checked before it’s approved.
Free vaccine
F&B shifts need a typhoid vaccine. TROOPERS will cover the RM60 jab when you work 7 shifts with us. There are two ways to get it, plus a free E-Doctor campaign this November.
Way 1 · Best if you’re in Klang Valley
We give you a voucher, so you pay nothing upfront. In return, you commit to 7 shifts.
Way 2 · Best if you’re outside Klang Valley
Get the jab at any clinic you like, then claim the cost in the app.
TROOPERS pays for your RM60 vaccine on one condition: you finish 7 shifts within 60 days. If you finish fewer, you pay back RM8.57 for each shift you didn’t do. You’ll see and agree to these terms in the app before we send your voucher.

No. It’s free, and nothing is taken from your shift pay. The only exception is the Academy typhoid vaccine: if you don’t finish your 7 shifts, you pay back the part you didn’t work.

Yes. Your direct family can use your one consultation for the month. If it’s used, the next one comes back on the 1st.
This November, try the free E-Doctor campaign first. Otherwise, in Klang Valley, TROOPERS Academy is easiest: you pay nothing upfront and have 60 days for your 7 shifts. Outside Klang Valley, pay at your own clinic and claim it back after 7 typhoid shifts within 30 days.
Yes, up to RM500 if it went missing during a shift you finished with no issues. Send a police report that matches the shift’s date and time, plus proof you were working there, through Profile › Contact Us › Trooperks Enquiries › Lost Smartphone Reimbursement. We reply within 3 working days and pay approved claims within 5 working days.
